How it works
A meal kit for your AI agent
You don't browse a catalog or read a newsletter. Your assistant does the reading, and you answer one yes or no.
- Subscribe with one messageYou paste one message into your assistant. It fills in our signup form, and you tap Confirm in the email we send. That's the only email you need to open.
- Twice a week, one tested setupOn Mondays and Thursdays one setup lands on your personal Dear Bot page and in your inbox. Every setup has passed test runs on at least two assistants. If nothing passed that week, nothing goes out.
- Your assistant checks fitEach setup lists what it needs (like email and calendar) and who it suits. Your assistant compares that with what it already knows about you and stays quiet when it doesn't fit.
- One question, at most twice a week"Want me to set this up? Drafts only." You answer Yes, Not now, or No, never this kind.
- It builds drafts and shows a first resultOn yes, your assistant checks its approval settings, creates the setup, runs it once on last week, and shows you what it found.
- It keeps an eye on thingsEach run ends with "Still useful? Keep · Drop". If a setup stops running, your assistant tells you at the next check.
The quick question
On Tuesdays and Saturdays your assistant may ask one multiple-choice question, like "Where would help most right now? home, work, money, health". There's always a Skip, and two skips pause the questions for two weeks. Answers stay with your assistant unless you turn on coded sharing.

What reaches us, and what never does
What we get
- Your email address and which assistant you use
- One status word per setup run, like
ok-used - Your Keep and Drop taps
- Quiz answers as codes, only if you opt in
What we never get
- Your email, calendar, files, or contacts
- What your assistant found or drafted
- Your passwords or payment details
- Your IP address (we don't store it)
Stopping
Tell your assistant "remove Dear Bot", tap unsubscribe in any email, or delete your data from your personal page. Setups you installed are yours: your assistant asks whether to keep or remove them.
