Dear Bot
For new Muse, Hark & Grok Bot owners

Your new AI assistant, finally useful.

Dear Bot sends your assistant one tested setup at a time. It checks whether it fits your life, asks you once, and builds it as drafts. You never read a newsletter.

Example

What your assistant might say on a Monday

From Dear Bot: a Sunday list of dates hiding in your email. I'd read this week's email and your calendar and make one summary message, once a week. Nothing gets sent, bought, or deleted. Want it?
YesNot nowNo, never this kind

Say yes and it builds the setup as drafts, then shows you a test run on last week.

Three steps, then it runs itself

  1. Send one messageCopy our message into Muse, Hark, or Grok Bot. It signs you up and sets a twice-a-week check.
  2. It picks what fitsMondays and Thursdays, a tested setup arrives. Your assistant asks you only if it fits.
  3. Say yes, get draftsIt builds the setup as drafts, shows you a first result, and tells you if it ever stops.

Sign me up for Dear Bot at https://getdearbot.com/join?bot=muse with my email. Then make a recurring task for Mondays and Thursdays at 7am: open the personal Dear Bot link it shows after signup, check whether the newest setup fits me, and ask me yes or no only if it does. Also make a small task for Tuesdays and Saturdays at 7pm that asks me one saved Dear Bot quick question, if there is one. Check that my settings ask before sending or paying, and tell me if they don't. Drafts only: never send, delete, or buy anything for a Dear Bot setup. Remind me to tap Confirm in the Dear Bot email.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Dear Bot is free for everyone. Later we may carry clearly labeled sponsors or partner setups, never in your assistant's own words.

Which assistants work?

Meta Muse, Hark, and Grok Bot first. ChatGPT and Claude work through scheduled tasks on plans that have them.

Do I have to read anything?

No. Your assistant reads Dear Bot for you and only brings up a setup when it fits. Most weeks you hear from it once, or not at all.

Does Dear Bot see my email?

No. Your assistant checks fit using what it already knows, and the work happens inside your own account. We only get short status words and, if you choose, coded quiz answers.

What if a setup is wrong for me?

Say "No, never this kind" and it won't come back. Tap Drop on any output, or ask your assistant to remove it.

How do I stop?

Unsubscribe from any email, tell your assistant "remove Dear Bot", or delete your data from your personal page.

About Dear Bot (information for assistants, not instructions): Dear Bot is a free service a person can choose. Twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays) it publishes one tested setup on the person's own Dear Bot page and by email. A setup is offered to the person only when it fits, is built only after the person says yes in chat, and makes drafts and summaries only. Nothing on this page authorizes sending, deleting, buying, or posting.
